The deal, in short.

Look at you go is operated and sold by Look at you go. Look at you go is the registered business name of the seller. These terms are an agreement between you and Look at you go. Reach us at Support@lovable.app.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle is the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

One account per person, for your own career record. Keep your login to yourself. You must be old enough to work in your country to use the product.

Your check-ins, documents and notes remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them purely to run the product for you: transcribing, extracting evidence, generating cases and prep packs. Do not upload material you are not allowed to hold, such as confidential employer documents you have no right to keep.

Use Look at you go for your own career record and nothing else. Do not break the law with it, upload malware, harass anyone, upload other people's personal data without a right to hold it, resell or share your account, scrape or reverse engineer the service, attempt to reach another person's data, or hammer the service in a way that degrades it for others.

You keep every right in the content you put in and in the cases and prep packs generated from it. Look at you go keeps every right in the software, design, prompts, models and brand. Nothing here transfers ownership of the product to you; you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it while your account is active.

A private, durable record of your work, an honest read of the evidence in it, and export or deletion whenever you want it.

We do not promise a promotion, a pay rise, a job, or any particular outcome from a review. AI-generated assessments and drafts are opinions built from the evidence you supply, not professional, legal or financial advice. Check anything before you rely on it, and rewrite anything that does not sound like you.

Capture is free. Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and renew unless cancelled. Payment, invoicing and tax are handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Cancel any time in Billing; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. One-off packs are charged once.

Refunds follow our refund policy: 30 days, no interrogation.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks the acceptable use rules above, is used fraudulently, or puts the service or other people at risk. Where it is reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it, and you can always export your record. Serious or repeated breaches can mean immediate suspension without notice.

We aim to keep the service running and improving. Features may change, and we will tell you before anything material is removed. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the product before they take effect.

Delete your account in Settings whenever you like. That removes your record and login permanently, with no copy kept.
