Your record, and nobody else's.

Look at you go is operated by Look at you go, the registered business name of the seller and the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions go to Support@lovable.app.

It is a personal product. Your account is yours as an individual, not your employer's. No manager, colleague, HR system or recruiter is given access, and there is no employer-facing view of your record. If you change job, the record comes with you.

The categories of personal data we hold:

• Account data: email address, login credentials handled by our authentication provider, and account settings.
• Profile data: name, role title, employer, industry, seniority, location, experience, goals and salary figures you choose to enter.
• Career content: check-ins and their transcripts, extracted evidence, notes, documents you upload to the Vault, and the cases and prep packs generated from them.
• Communication data: notification preferences, registered devices and a log of reminders sent to you.
• Transaction data: plan, subscription status and billing events. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
• Technical data: session identifier, page paths, product events and error reports used to keep the service working.

Voice check-ins are transcribed in your browser. The audio itself is not uploaded or retained; only the text you can see on screen is saved.

Check-ins, documents and profile details are sent to third-party AI models to transcribe structure, extract evidence, score strength and recency, and draft cases. Those providers process the content to return a result and do not use it to train their models.

AI output is an assistant, not an oracle. Evidence is only ever a suggestion until you confirm it, and every insight shows the records it was drawn from so you can check the working.

Your record is never used to train our own models, and never sold or shared for advertising.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, so every query is scoped to your user account. Access is over encrypted connections. A small number of engineers can reach production infrastructure for support and incident response.

Categories of recipient:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, which processes payments, tax and invoices and receives your email address and purchase details.
• Our cloud hosting and managed database provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
• AI model providers, which process the content of a request to return a result and do not train on it.
• Push and email delivery providers, used only to send reminders you asked for.

Your record is never sold, and never shared with employers, recruiters or advertisers.

Settings has a one-click export of everything held about you as a single JSON file, and a permanent delete that removes every record, every document and your login itself. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Reminders are sent only when you turn them on, at the day and time you choose, in your own timezone, and never during your quiet hours. Discreet mode strips detail from the lock-screen text. You can turn all of it off in Settings.

You can access, correct, export or erase your data from Settings at any time, and you can object to or restrict processing by writing to us. Email Support@lovable.app and a human will answer. Look at you go is the controller for these purposes.
