Work accomplishment tracker

Log your accomplishments at work, not the night before your review.

Look At You Go is a private work accomplishment tracker. Each week you talk or type for about 90 seconds, and it organizes that into a dated log of what you did, what changed and what backs it up. When your annual review, a promotion cycle or a raise conversation arrives, your accomplishments are already documented.

Why self-reviews come out vague

Most annual reviews ask for a self-assessment right when you have the least time to write one. Recency bias takes over, and a strong year gets summarized by whatever happened last month.

Promotion decisions are often made in calibration meetings you do not attend. Your manager can only advocate with the specifics you gave them.

How Look At You Go solves it

It captures your wins in small, dated pieces while the details are still sharp. Three steps, once a week.

  1. 01You get a weekly prompt. Record a short voice note or type a few lines about what really happened.
  2. 02Look At You Go organizes it into Context, Action, Impact and Proof, and asks a follow-up when something important is unclear.
  3. 03Entries add up to a searchable log you can draw from for your self-review, a promotion packet or a raise request.

From a loose note to evidence

Each entry is shaped around Context, Action, Impact and Proof: what was happening, what you did, what changed and what backs it up. Nothing is added that you did not say.

Before

Worked on the onboarding flow.

After

Context: new customers were dropping off during account setup. Action: I redesigned the three setup screens and ran five user sessions. Impact: setup completion went up after launch. Proof: product analytics dashboard and PM's recap in the Q2 review.

Before

Covered for my manager.

After

Context: my manager was out for six weeks. Action: I ran the team standups, approved PTO and presented the quarterly update to the VP. Impact: all sprint commitments shipped on schedule. Proof: VP's Slack message and the sprint reports.

From weekly notes to reviews, promotion packets and your resume

One log powers every career document. Your self-review, promotion packet, raise request and resume bullets all come from entries you already made, with dates attached. Members can also build a tailored resume from it with the Resume Builder.

Private, and yours to keep

Your record is private to your account. There is no manager view and no team dashboard, and your employer cannot read it. You can export or delete everything at any time.

How AI is used

AI helps structure what you record and asks a follow-up when something is vague. It does not invent numbers, dates, employers or achievements, and anything it drafts is labelled so you can check it. How we use AI.

Pricing

Questions

What is a work accomplishment tracker?
A running, dated log of what you did at work, the result and the proof. It lets your self-review or promotion packet start from facts instead of memory.
Can my company see what I log?
No. Your log is private to your account, with no manager or admin view. You decide what to share.
How is this different from a brag document?
It serves the same purpose, but it is kept weekly and structured for you, so each entry records the outcome and your role, not just the task.
Is pricing available in US dollars?
Not yet. Subscriptions are charged in GBP, and your card provider converts the amount at checkout.

You did the work. Keep the evidence.
