Work accomplishment tracker

Track your achievements at work before your appraisal asks for them.

Look At You Go is a private work accomplishment tracker. Once a week you speak or type for about 90 seconds, and it turns that into a dated record of what you did, what changed and what proves it. When your annual appraisal, a promotion round or a pay rise conversation comes up, the evidence is already written down.

Why the appraisal form feels impossible

Most UK appraisals ask you to summarise a year of work in a few boxes, usually in the week before the meeting. By then, the project you rescued in the spring has faded, and the self-assessment ends up describing the last six weeks.

Line managers are rarely short of goodwill. They are short of specifics they can take into a calibration or moderation meeting, where your case is argued without you in the room.

How Look At You Go fixes it

It keeps the record for you, in small pieces, while the detail is still fresh. Three steps, once a week.

  1. 01A weekly nudge arrives. Record a quick voice note or a few typed lines about what actually happened.
  2. 02Look At You Go structures it into Context, Action, Impact and Proof, and asks one follow-up if something important is vague.
  3. 03Entries build into a dated record you can search, filter and pull from when an appraisal, promotion or pay rise conversation is due.

From a loose note to evidence

Each entry is shaped around Context, Action, Impact and Proof: what was happening, what you did, what changed and what backs it up. Nothing is added that you did not say.

Before

Helped with the supplier changeover.

After

Context: the incumbent supplier gave notice mid-contract. Action: I mapped 38 open orders and ran the handover calls with the new supplier. Impact: no customer orders missed during the switch. Proof: operations director's email of thanks, 14 March.

Before

Sorted the reporting mess.

After

Context: month-end reports took finance three days to reconcile. Action: I rebuilt the template so figures pull from one source. Impact: reconciliation now takes one morning. Proof: before and after timings logged by the finance lead.

From weekly notes to appraisals, promotion cases and your CV

The same record feeds every career document you will need. Your appraisal self-assessment, a promotion case, a pay rise request and the achievement lines on your CV all draw on entries you already made, with the dates attached. Members can also build a tailored CV from it using the CV Builder.

Private, and yours to keep

Your record is private to your account. There is no manager view and no team dashboard, and your employer cannot read it. You can export or delete everything at any time.

How AI is used

AI helps structure what you record and asks a follow-up when something is vague. It does not invent numbers, dates, employers or achievements, and anything it drafts is labelled so you can check it. How we use AI.

Pricing

Try it free for 14 days, no card needed. After that, recording stays free for good. Premium, which adds insights and review preparation, is £5 a month or £49 a year. The CV Builder is included with a paid subscription only.

Questions

What is a work accomplishment tracker?
A running, dated record of what you did at work, what changed as a result and what supports it. It means an appraisal or promotion case starts from a record rather than from memory.
Can my employer see my record?
No. It is private to your account. There is no manager or company view. You choose what to share when a conversation comes round.
Is this the same as a brag document?
It does the same job, but kept weekly and structured automatically, so the entries record the outcome and your part in it rather than a list of tasks.
Does it work for civil service or NHS style competency frameworks?
Entries are plain dated evidence, so you can map them to whatever framework your organisation uses when you write your appraisal or application.

You did the work. Keep the evidence.
