Look At You Go is a career evidence platform. It captures what you achieve, helps you show the impact and turns that record into stronger performance reviews, promotion cases, interview stories and CVs or resumes.
Why it exists
Almost everyone reconstructs a year of work from memory the week before a review. The result is a summary of the last few weeks and a handful of vague claims. The work was real; the record was not. Look At You Go keeps that record small, weekly and dated, so it is there when it matters.
Evidence first, AI second
Generic AI writing tools produce confident text with nothing behind it. We work the other way round. Every entry starts from what you actually said, organised as Context, Action, Impact and Proof. AI helps structure it and asks follow-up questions, but it does not add achievements, figures or dates you did not provide. How we use AI.

I'm Tom, a communications leader and entrepreneur with a background in engineering, technology and building businesses. I enjoy turning complex ideas into clear stories and useful products, combining creative thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Look At You Go is the tool I wanted: a private place to keep the story of your work straight.
